Metta Meditation Practice

In this audio I take you through a guided Metta practice. To do this practice you need a quiet place in which to practice, somewhere you can close your eyes or be at rest for 10 minutes.

The phrases we will be repeating for this particular practice are -

May you be peaceful and at ease. May you be free from unnecessary suffering. May you be well in body and in mind. May you know that you are not alone.
